We are a growing team looking for a Key Account Manager to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Manchester office.

What You Will Do
  • Expand relationships across departments in the customer supply chain.
  • Leverage SME networks for product and service line opportunity development.
  • Manage an active opportunity pipeline to drive market share growth.
  • Conduct business reviews to identify new growth opportunities using data insights.
  • Utilize strategic negotiation for complex pricing discussions with customers.
  • Analyze customer data to create viable supply chain solutions collaboratively.
  • Represent digital solutions through technology and analytics application.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization to ensure proper resource alignment.
  • Conduct financial reviews and implement solutions for process improvement and cost avoidance.
  • Ensure adherence to AR processes and manage customer feedback proactively.
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales and/or account management.
  • Strong track record managing shipper portfolios and delivering measurable results related to the limited business operations being transitioned.
  • Proven high performance in the past year.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (domestically and internationally).
  • Demonstrates and drives a data‑driven approach.
  • Demonstrated influencing, negotiation, collaboration, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results through sales or account management solutions.
