Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Enforce a culture of performance.
  • Achieve KPIs agreed with the line manager, reporting progress on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact to achieve business aims, updating information in Salesforce.
  • Secure new business opportunities across industry sectors, achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Meet minimum daily call KPI targets.
  • Manage multiple aspects of the business, including customer problem resolution.
  • Accurately maintain the pipeline and provide forecasting to the Sales Director.
  • Develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise service quality, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Maximise revenue from existing and new customers through upselling the product catalogue and extending contract length/value.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Requirements
  • 1‑3 years of experience in an outbound or account‑management‑focused sales role.
  • Drive and determination to build a successful tech‑sales career.
  • Excellent communication skills and natural ability to build relationships and rapport.
  • Strong work ethic; top performers are known for their willingness to do what others won’t.
  • Resilience to handle rejection and remain tenacious.
