Job Title: Quant Analyst

Location: London

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytically driven Quant Analyst to join our Commodities team. This role is ideal for an early‑career quantitative professional with a strong academic foundation and a passion for financial markets, data analysis, and economic modeling.

You will work closely with senior researchers and Portfolio Managers to develop models, tools, and insights that inform investment decisions. The position offers hands‑on exposure to real‑world market dynamics, data‑driven research, and the opportunity to grow into broader market and product coverage over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply and Demand Modeling: Gather, clean, and organize public and proprietary data to support the development of regional and Mit frameworks.
  • Valuation Tools: Design, build, and maintain interactive analytical tools to assess relative value across benchmarks, locations, and delivery terms.
  • Economic Modeling: Develop and refine margin and cost models that reflect regional market dynamics, trade flows, and fiscal or regulatory وارو.
  • Market Research: Analyse participant behavior and market structure, with a focus on demand trends, substitution effects, and inventory or המשת dynamics.
  • Product Development: Contribute to the expansion of product‑and segment‑level analysis, with opportunities to grow into broader market coverage.

Required Experience
  • 1‑2 years of relevant work experience as a Quantitative Researcher or Quantitative Developerdiscord

Technical Skills
  • Strong programming and data skills, including:

  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Dash, or similar)

  • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior team members
