Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day purchase ledger tasks.
  • Download invoices and credit notes for authorisation.
  • Accurately code invoices and enter them into the system.
  • Assist with supplier and staff queries via email and phone.
  • Maintain invoice records and ensure proper filing.
  • Support month-end processes under supervision.
  • Process staff expense claims and prepare remittance advice.
  • Aid in implementing and using the invoice approval system.
  • Collaborate with Accounts team for smooth workflow.
