• HNC/HND (or equivalent) in construction.
• Experience in Healthcare, Education, Residential, Leisure, Defence and Commercial Projects.
• Asbestos trained and preferably CITB 5 day certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Supervise direct labor and coordinate subcontractors' activities.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to.
• Provide a reliable, first point of contact service.
