This full-time role involves assisting Project Managers with Lifecycle and Variations Project Management while ensuring that all Project files are maintained for administrative accountability. Qualifications

• Experience within a project environment.
• Ability to maintain project management systems.
• Understanding of working within a PFI environment may be beneficial.
• Facilities Management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project managers with Lifecycle and Variations Project Management.
• Liaise with relevant parties involved in Projects.
• Ensure Project files are maintained for an auditable trail.
• Procure competent Contractors for developments.
• Monitor the progress of design, works, and commissioning activities.
• Manage preferred suppliers and subcontractors.
