Junior Project Coordinator Operations & Delivery Support

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator Operations & Delivery Support to join our team at CFP Energy. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organised, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced technology business. You will help our teams deliver high-quality projects by coordinating logistics, supporting communication, and keeping everything on track. You’ll work closely with sales, technical, and client teams, learning project delivery in a tech-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into project management or operations, especially in technology or cybersecurity.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, technical sessions, and project milestones.
  • Help track project progress and follow up on tasks and timelines.
  • Support internal teams and clients by preparing documentation and ensuring clear communication.
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools and reports.
  • Help organise demos and support sales/pre-sales activities.
  • Identify and flag any delays or issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations to improve delivery processes as we grow.
Qualifications & Attributes
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with basic project or task management tools (e.g., MS Teams, ClickUp, Trello, or similar).
Nice to Have
  • Some exposure to tech environments (cybersecurity, SaaS, energy, or data centers).
  • Interest in learning about technical delivery or project management methodologies.
  • Experience in a client-facing or support role (e.g., internships, part-time roles, or coursework projects).
  • Awareness of technical sales or pre-sales concepts.
