We are recruiting for a Junior Operations Analyst to join our UK&I IT Operations Team who help provide centralized control and monitoring of our critical operations by managing the operational health of the environment.
This is an office-based role at our UKI Operations Centre in Fairham House, Nottingham. You will join an existing rotational shift pattern reporting to an Operations Shift Manager. Working in this small team, you will help with providing L1 and L1.5 support to both internal and external customers. The following will be the typical activities performed by a Junior Operations Analyst:
