What You'll Do
  • Draft pleadings and court documents
  • Manage a diverse caseload from end to end
  • Attend mediations, pre‑hearing conferences, and court appearances
  • Engage with clients, insurers, and third parties
  • Brief counsel and conduct legal research
  • Ensure CPD compliance and contribute to firm‑wide learning
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must be admitted to practice in Victoria. While experience in motor vehicle property damage and litigation is highly valued, we welcome applicants from various litigation backgrounds. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication – both written and verbal
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work
  • Confidence in managing files independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
  • Solid tech skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Leap experience is a plus)
