Position: Junior Integrated Graphic Designer

Location: London Office (Holborn).
In Office required, not a remote position

Schedule: Full time (Mon - Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm)

Salary: Starting from £30,000 PA

PURSEOUL is a fast-growing, multi‑brand retailer bringing the best of Korean beauty to customers in the UK. We are looking for a talented and versatile, multi‑channel Graphic Designer to join our growing Korean beauty brand. This role requires someone with technical skills in preparing print‑ready artwork and creating high‑quality visuals across a wide range of formats – from social content to large‑scale OOH campaigns. This junior role is ideal for someone eager to explore multiple areas within design. As part of a small but growing design team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across both print and digital projects, gaining broad experience. You’ll play a key part in shaping how the PURSEOUL creative department evolves, with scope and intention to develop more specialised teams and roles as company demand grows.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Assist with the design of engaging digital assets for social media, email marketing, website banners, online campaigns, etc.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across all design outputs.
  • Work closely with PR and marketing to contribute creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, product launches, PR boxes, etc.
  • Keep up to date with design trends, especially within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Prepare accurate, production‑ready print‑ready artwork files, ensuring document set‑up, dimensions, resolution and bleed lines are correct and meet project specifications.
  • Design print‑ready OOH assets for large‑scale marketing media, including billboards, window vinyls, event graphics and store hoardings.
  • Liaise with external printers and suppliers to ensure colour accuracy, file specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Deliver design support for multiple teams (marketing, retail, buying, events) as business needs arise.
  • Adapt designs to a variety of formats, ranging from digital campaigns, event props, POS displays and internal communications.
  • Work with the marketing, buying, operations and retail teams to interpret briefs and deliver effective design solutions.
  • Be flexible and able to travel as required, including occasional overnight stays for industry events, supplier visits, design installation reviews and operational needs.
Skills & Experience
Essential
  • Portfolio of work examples.
  • Proven experience as a designer within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Genuine interest in beauty, retail and consumer products.
  • Strong passion for the Korean beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of preparing print‑ready artwork and liaising with printers.
  • Experience creating large‑format OOH assets.
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout and brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Desirable / Nice to have
  • Qualification in Graphic design, Communications, Art or a related field.
  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar) for simple video editing or animated content.
  • Experience with packaging design.
