Overview

Fleet simplifies the provisioning, management, security, and renewal of IT and office equipment for businesses through an all-inclusive subscription. Today, we are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Web Developer to support the development of our dev team\'s skills. The role will involve leading development projects on Fleet\'s current platform. As part of Fleet\'s Tech team, they will be responsible for developing new features and integrating them into the current platform.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs into clear technical specs and implementation plans
• Make pragmatic technical choices (tools, providers, build vs. buy)
• Deliver high-quality work by managing deadlines and ensuring QA
• Collaborate closely with the Product team with a customer-first mindset

Current initiatives

• Development of our IT security offering (MDM, antivirus, VPN, Password Manager)
• Improvement of our app to adapt it to larger hardware fleets (500-1000+)
• Development of our internal tools: supply, ops, KYB, contract management, billing, etc.
• Improving our sales and marketing tools (tracking, retargeting, mailings, automation, reporting, etc.)
• Opening up our API to external partners
• Participating in the scaling of our solution for the international market
• Improving internal tech processes: implementing unit testing, continuous integration, error management (Sentry), monitoring
