We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, organised, and motivated individual to join one of the region’s most established and exciting agencies. This role is ideal for a current Account Executive, a Junior Account Manager, or a talented graduate with a relevant digital degree (such as Computer Science, Digital Project Management, or Marketing) looking to commence or progress their career.

Purpose of Role

To provide day-to-day support to the Digital Development Team and the wider Client Services Team. Reporting to and assisting a Senior Digital Account Manager, in the delivery of multiple digital campaigns, projects, and initiatives, helping to maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and administration.

Key Accountabilities
  • Working on a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and acting as a reliable point of contact.
  • Supporting the digital delivery team to ensure products and campaigns are delivered on time, to specification, and on budget.
  • Coordinating and managing project administration, including updating project management software, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation.
  • Supporting the team by raising jobs and with financial tracking and billing.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
  • Conducting quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for our digital delivery.
  • Developing an understanding of client needs and helping to identify potential opportunities for account growth, flagging these to the Senior Digital Account Manager.
  • Briefing development team on tasks and amendments under the supervision of the Senior Digital Account Manager.
Key Skills, Experience and Behaviours
  • We are open to candidates from different backgrounds:
  • Either at least 1 year's experience in a digital agency, marketing team, a similar coordinator/administrative role, or a transferable role.
  • Or a recent graduate with a relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, Digital Project Management, Marketing, etc.) demonstrating a strong desire to build a career in digital.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Confident, and enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Good relationship-building skills.
Beneficial but not Essential
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Harvest, Asana, Jira, Synergist etc.).
  • Understanding of digital project lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of agile and waterfall processes.
  • A working knowledge of SEO.
  • Competitive salary – Dependent on experience
