A utilities management company in Salford is seeking a Customer Operations professional to manage domestic accounts across heating and electricity networks. As part of our Creditteam, you’ll take ownership of managing domestic accounts across our heating, hot water, and electricity networks.Your focus will be on building strong relationships with customers across our flagship sites, ensuring bills are settled promptly, while providing the right support to any customers who may be struggling to make payments.
What makes this role even more exciting is its potential for progression. You’ll have the chance to develop into a Credit Controller, gaining experience across the full spectrum of debt recovery services for both domestic and commercial customers. This includes first-line telephony support, handling customer correspondence, securing payments, and the debt letter process.
