  • Assist with supplier negotiations under guidance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Assist with departmental reporting and KPI tracking.

About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Buyer, based at our Head Office in Barton‑Upon‑Humber. The position is full-time, working 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, 07:00‑15:30.

Main Responsibilities
  • Raise and process purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy
  • Maintain accurate pricing, product and supplier information in internal systems
  • Update forecasting tools and align usage data with suppliers
  • Assist with supplier negotiations under the guidance of Buyers or Managers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify trends and alternative supply options
  • Assist with departmental reporting, KPI tracking and collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Customer Service, Technical, Marketing) on supplier‑related or product‑related projects
