Qualifications

• Degree in construction, engineering, or quantity surveying required.
• Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior staff in arbitrations, mediations, and litigations.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, particularly NEC4 and JCT.
• Produce legal documents and training programs.

Skills

Strong academic background in construction/legal related field

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sound commercial knowledge in construction law

Ability to meet deadlines
