Job Vacancies – Director/Associate Director

RWO Associates is an energetic engineering consultancy. We provide services to the construction industry, developers and local authorities.

We undertake a wide variety of work including drainage design, highway and external works design, structural design, structural surveys, flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling.

We are looking to recruit a Director/Associate Director to join our team, based in Leeds.

The Role:

  • Developing and managing our residential team
  • Working closely with the Directors.
  • Working within the residential sectors, delivering high quality outputs.
  • Ability to work with other design team members and clients in the design process.

Your Experience:

  • Educated to Degree level in Civil Engineering
  • Have experience in a similar role.
  • Professional membership with a recognised engineering institution.
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civils 3D and Micro Drainage along with good working knowledge of SUDs.
  • Knowledge of all approval processes including S38 & S104
  • Experienced in managing and mentoring junior members of staff.
  • Excellent report writing, communication and numerical skills required.
