Responsibilities

• Support the Nursing Manager with daily operations in IVF.
• Ensure compliance with HFEA standards.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to prioritize safety.
• Deputize for the manager when needed.
• Work closely with maternity and embryology teams.

Skills

NMC registration (Midwife or General Adult Nurse)

Extensive IVF experience at senior level

Strong knowledge of safety, quality and compliance standards

Ability to lead by example and support team development

Excellent organisational and communication skills
