Job description
  • Salary: £32,515 - £34,230 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
  • Contract period: Permanent
  • Start date: As soon as possible

We are seeking an IT Technical Officer to provide second- and third-line IT support services to our employees around the world, liaising with external providers where relevant.

You will have a keen interest in IT and technology, with relevant second- and third-line IT skills, excellent problem-solving skills and previous experience providing end-user support services. You will have a real willingness and proven ability to learn new systems and acquire new knowledge and skills.

Your excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus will enable you to build effective working relationships with colleagues across the organisation. You will be a good team player and enjoy working in a busy environment, with the ability to balance competing demands. A keen attention to detail and a diligent and rigorous approach to work are also essential.
