Responsibilities

• Monitoring, managing & maintaining core IT equipment.
• Resolving level 1 issues/requests with networks.
• Providing technical assistance to end users.
• Managing the escalation process efficiently.
• User management across several systems.

1st Line IT Support experience

Expertise in Microsoft Windows 11

Experience with ITSM tools

Familiarity with SCCM

Mobile device management

Troubleshooting skills

Organizational skills
