As a IT Support Technician at Bumper, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations for our team as we continue to scale. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical support, and the daily IT operations, troubleshooting and maintaining systems to ensure our employees can deliver their best whilst at work.
We are looking for a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is committed to high‑quality technical assistance.
This is a full‑time hybrid role, based in our Sheffield office at least three days a week, reporting into Head of DevOps and Infrastructure.
