• Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line IT support in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure.
• Familiarity with networking basics and VPN connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via Manage Engine ServiceDesk.
• Set up and maintain user hardware and peripherals.
• Assist with LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall troubleshooting.
• Deliver remote and occasional on-site support.
