We’re on the lookout for an IT Support Coordinator to join our growing team, providing exceptional technical support across the 2plan Group. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where youull responsibility for delivering comprehensive 1st and 2nd line IT support to all colleagues and advisers within our organisation.
You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence by ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. You you are the first point of contact for technical issues, working collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
