About You
  • Relevant experience within an IT role (professional or academic)
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Knowledge of common technologies such as Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, networking, and cloud platforms
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, etc.) are advantageous but not essential
