Job summary

A leading professional services firm in London is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first point of contact support for IT issues. You will handle ticket logging, deliver excellent customer service, and assist in the onboarding of new employees. Suitable candidates should have considerable experience in IT support and a GCSE level education. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems and applications.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory administration.
  • Strong hardware diagnostics and fault-finding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for users, logging and responding to incidents.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve incidents timely.
  • Maintain asset management processes and ownership of incidents.

Education

GCSE level education
3 years’ experience in a similar role
