  • Translate findings into solution outlines, recommendations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on project delivery - assisting with migrations, configurations, and reviews.
  • Document customer environments, update reports, and share insights with colleagues.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and pursue certifications that grow your expertise.
  • Every day is varied, combining consultancy, delivery, and continuous learning - all while shaping outstanding customer experiences.

  • Collaborative mindset – able to work closely with sales, delivery, and support teams.
Desirable
  • Certifications from Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Fortinet, Veeam, or Ubiquiti.
  • Hands‑on Azure architecture and migration experience.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (Cyber Essentials, NIST, CIS).
  • Understanding of modern networking (SD‑WAN, SASE, ZTNA).
  • Experience within an MSP or consultancy environment.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Work on diverse, cutting‑edge projects across modern IT technologies.
  • Collaborative, supportive culture where technical expertise is valued and developed.
  • Clear career pathway from fixed‑term to permanent, with opportunities for certification and progression.
  • Exposure to a wide range of industries and customer environments.
  • Hybrid working and excellent work‑life balance.
