Qualifications

• Proven experience in an IT Build, Endpoint, or Service Desk Engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune & Autopilot.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 user provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Manage device deployment profiles and compliance settings.
• Provision and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
