An exciting opportunity to join an independent, award-winning, well-established and growing asset management boutique which currently manages four UCITS funds.

We are looking for an Equity Investment Analyst to join our London office-based team to support two of our fund managers working alongside our existing established analyst.

We are value investors and undertake detailed research on company fundamentals. We exclusively invest in tangible asset-rich companies with a particular focus on investment companies.

Education, Skills and Experience required

• Either qualified Accountant and/or CFA Charterholder
• 1 – 2 years’ experience as buy- or sell-side investment analyst
• Strong Microsoft Excel with general Microsoft Office skills
• University graduate
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities will include

• Detailed fundamental analysis of existing and prospective investments
• Monitor key sector and company news announcements
• Security and corporate specific research
• Attend potential investee company meetings, presentations and site visits
• Create, maintain, and monitor databases of potential investments
• Create and maintain financial models
• Provide acquisition and disposal recommendations to fund managers
