Job description

Williams Racing is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage the efficient flow, storage, and tracking of high-value components and materials within our warehouse. This critical role ensures that parts are available, accurately recorded, and securely stored to support our performance objectives both at the factory and on race weekends.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain accurate records of stock items using inventory management systems.
  • Prepare picks for Operations teams in line with production schedules.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Ensure optimal storage, labelling, and accessibility of components.
  • Coordinate with Goods Receiving to manage material flow.
  • Highlight shortages or surpluses to support demand planning.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and FIA regulations.
  • Assist with audits and maintain documentation for regulatory inspections.

Qualifications
