Responsibilities

  • Leverage tech and communications tools to drive internal communications best practice.
  • Assist with drafting, editing, and proof-reading internal communications.
  • Support branch and company communications as required.
  • Support co-ordination and scheduling of communications across multiple channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal events and meetings.
  • Monitor employee engagement and provide data & insights.
  • Support content development.
  • Stay updated with best practices in internal communications.
  • Communicate and update the plan with key stakeholders.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
Proficiency with MS Office
Familiarity with internal communications technology
