The role

As our in‑house creative, you'll work closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing to shape how Grenadier shows up across all touchpoints. This role blends hands‑on design with creative direction.

You’ll help maintain visual consistency across our multiple brands while pushing creative boundaries. The work is varied and the volume is high. You'll design campaigns, agent marketing materials, social content, brand collateral and everything in between.

This is a role where you'll have genuine creative influence. We're looking for someone who's happy to take ownership, back their ideas and see projects through from concept to delivery.

You will be responsible for

• Creating design work across print and digital channels.
• Producing print‑ready artwork for campaigns, events and branded materials.
• Designing digital assets for website, email, paid social and organic social.
• Working on creative concepts for major events and campaigns.
• Creating agent marketing materials for print and digital channels.
• Contributing to photography and video shoots.

Knowledge and Skills

• Have at least 3 years of design experience with a portfolio that shows your range.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understand print processes and preparing production ready files.
• Experience designing across print and digital.
• Ability to think broadly and offer a range of design solutions.
• Enjoy working collaboratively but can work independently when needed.

Nice to have

• Photography skills or experience contributing to shoots.
• Video editing and animation experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar).
• Experience with Figma or other web design tools.
