A leading holiday organization in the UK is seeking a Cabin Innovation Co-ordinator to enhance the guest experience and brand identity through innovative cabin designs. Responsibilities include supporting design strategies, collaborating with various teams, and translating customer insights into actionable designs. The ideal candidate has a background in interior design, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to project management. 📝 Contract - Fixed Term (9 months)
Location: Occasional travel (existing and future Forest Holidays locations) and Head Office (Chester) averaging out approximately once a month.
Salary: Circa £15,500
Working Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Days of Work: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - working hours 9am - 5pm

We’re looking for a Cabin Innovation Co-ordinator to help bring our brand and guest experience to life across our growing estate. This role sits at the heart of how we design and deliver new cabins, trials, and developments, making sure every build reflects our brand, meets guest expectations, and works operationally.
As Cabin Innovation Co-ordinator, you’ll champion the customer and brand voice throughout the delivery of build projects. Working under the strategic direction of the Head of Guest Experience and alongside Marketing, Design, Build, and Procurement, you’ll translate customer insight and brand vision into practical, evidence-based design solutions. From supporting new cabin concepts and interior schemes to advising on wider site fixtures, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our spaces look, feel, and function—balancing creativity with cost, quality, and deliverability.
