The Workday Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations that connect Workday with other enterprise applications. This role ensures the seamless flow of accurate and secure data between First Bus systems, supporting operational efficiency and enabling reliable business processes across HR, Payroll, Finance, and wider business functions.
The Integration Specialist acts as the technical expert for all Workday integrations, providing hands‑on development, solution design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to ensure Workday remains a stable and effective platform within the organisation's technology ecosystem.
