• Experience in designing, writing and developing training programmes.
• Experience in creating client-facing documentation and marketing collateral.
• Experience in using Learning Authoring tools such as Articulate.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop products across the commercial product portfolio.
• Take ownership of product caseload and track their performance.
• Work with colleagues to maximize product performance.

Skills

Detailed knowledge of CII modules and qualifications relevant to the insurance sector
