Sounds like a dream – it isn’t. It’s quite real! Read on.
We are a high‑end project management consultancy and tech developer focused on upgrading how construction projects are delivered. We bring transparency and control through a mix of the latest technology, our own processes, and a big dose of common sense. We invest heavily in digital solutions that anyone can use to deliver better projects.
Our people are the core of everything we do. We recruit the very best, both in capability and personality, and design a new type of organisation that prioritises flourishing team members. We have grown from two people in 2017 to over 220 today, with a stable, repeat client base across infrastructure and complex building projects in the UK and internationally.
We exist so every team member can flourish in a high‑impact community that:
We enable that vision through two missions:
You’ll enhance delivery of the most complex projects through top‑notch project planning. You’ll devise strategies, translate knowledge into logic‑linked plans, analyse them with planning software, and use the plan to help teams prioritise.
This role is part of our Project Management Consultancy team, focusing on:
You’ll work within the Project Planning Team, a leader in complex construction planning, reporting to a planning discipline director.
In your first year you’ll see several projects. We’ve delivered over 100 data centres, supported flagship infrastructure programmes (e.g., HS2), contributed to $30 bn+ in power projects, and played key roles in high‑containment labs and R&D campuses for advanced industrial and life sciences clients. You may work in data centres, infrastructure (defence, rail, highways), high tech (manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors), or complex building projects.
Major owners/operators and main contractors with project values between £1 m and £1 bn+ globally.
Work is flexible: a week at home, then site visits, occasional London office workshops, or travel to Europe/Middle East. It depends on your interests and life fit.
You’ll diagnose and solve common problems, document solutions, and evolve them for an open‑source knowledge repository. The captured knowledge fuels new products that we iterate and test across the industry.
