You will nurture creativity and curiosity in children while implementing the N Curriculum. Requirements include an Early Years qualification and experience with young children. Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train.
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Build trusted relationships with children and families.
