We’re looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a growing solar energy company based in Farnham.
This is your chance to bring your solid technical support experience to a company that’s driving sustainable change across the UK.
Acting as the first point of contact for all IT queries (hardware, software, network & applications)
Logging, diagnosing and resolving support tickets with a proactive, customer-focused approach
Escalating issues to senior engineers where necessary
Supporting end-users both on-site and remotely
Helping keep internal systems running smoothly as the business continues to scale
A few years’ experience in a 1st line or service desk role
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, O365, networking basics, hardware issues
Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner
Someone motivated, curious and eager to grow within a supportive tech team
A passion for clean energy is a bonus — but not essential
Salary up to £35,000
