Qualifications

• Experience managing a Residential Children’s Home for at least 18 months.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and expectations.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly independent visits and write Ofsted-ready reports.
• Review behaviour management strategies.
• Examine records of restraint and missing persons.
• Conduct private interviews with children and staff.
• Produce written reports for oversight bodies.
