A leading residential childcare provider is seeking a Regulation 44 Visitor to perform monthly visits to children's homes across East England, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards. Responsibilities include writing insightful reports, reviewing care strategies, and interviewing children and staff. Ideal candidates will have a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, strong communication skills, and relevant experience. This part-time, roving role offers compensation of £281.14 per visit plus mileage.

Qualifications

• QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
• At least 18 months of experience managing a Residential Children’s Home.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly independent visits to children’s homes.
• Write Ofsted-ready reports on visits and care standards.
• Review behaviour management strategies and incident records.
