Job summary

A creative arts organization in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Inclusion Programme Manager to lead the Assembly programme. In this part-time role, you will manage projects that empower young people and promote inclusivity within the arts. The position requires collaboration with partners and volunteers to deliver high-quality, community-driven programming that champions diversity. This role offers a 3-year fixed-term contract at 24 hours per week.

As Inclusion Programme Manager, you’ll take the lead in project managing and creatively delivering Assemble, ensuring high-quality programming aligned with national aspirations. You’ll work closely with partners, freelancers, and volunteers to create inclusive, community-driven opportunities that champion diversity and accessibility.

Please note; this is a part time, 3 year fixed term contract, working 24 hours per week (FTE 40 hours per week)
