This is a rare and prestigious opportunity to succeed a highly respected implant surgeon whose career has been instrumental in establishing the practice as a leading implant referral centre. Over several decades, the outgoing clinician has built an exceptional reputation for delivering safe, predictable and aesthetic implant dentistry, supported by a strong referral network and a commitment to education, mentorship and clinical excellence.

The successful candidate will work closely with the practice manager to build a new book of patients and continue the great work that Simon has been doing for years and build on the foundations that have been implemented in practice. practice withinLondon - The Dental Surgery Corn Exchange. This role is ideally suited to an experienced implant dentist who is confident managing complex cases and who appreciates the responsibility and professional standing that comes with continuing such a well-regarded legacy.

The Role

• Working days: Tuesday to Friday
• Opportunity for a motivated clinician keen to support the growth of the practice by building and developing a new patient list
• Minimum of 6 years’ clinical experience required
• Proven experience using Straumann implant systems
• Delivery of advanced dental implant surgery and restorative treatments, including complex and multidisciplinary cases
• Close collaboration with referring dentists to plan and deliver comprehensive implant and restorative solutions
• Management of full-arch, aesthetic and rehabilitative implant cases, with a strong focus on predictable, high-quality outcomes
• Utilisation of advanced 3D imaging and digital treatment planning technologies
• Ongoing development and maintenance of strong professional relationships with both existing and new referrers
• Consistent adherence to the highest clinical, ethical and professional standards in line with the practice’s established reputation

About You

• An experienced Implant Dentist with a strong background in referral-based implant practice
• Confident in both the surgical placement and restorative aspects of implant dentistry
• Demonstrates a meticulous, patient-focused and evidence-based approach to care
• Comfortable taking on a senior, autonomous clinical role with professional responsibility
• Values collaboration, communication and long-term professional relationships
• An interest in teaching, mentoring or professional development would be advantageous
