Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Understanding of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support that re-engages pupils with education.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring tailored to students' needs.
• Develop strong relationships with children and young people.
