A leading charity organization based in Glasgow seeks an Impact Design and Innovation Time to Shine Leader for a 12-month contract. This role focuses on measuring the effectiveness of mentoring programs and will involve developing frameworks for evaluation and innovative data analysis. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, creativity, and a passion for youth development, along with potential learning opportunities in project management and evaluation methodologies. The role comes with 33 days of annual leave and a supportive team environment.

The Impact Design and Innovation Time to Shine Leader will work alongside, and be supported by, the Systems, Evidence and Impact team. They will focus on the measurement and reporting of the effectiveness of MCR mentoring – including developing new pilot models. We aim to measure not just long‑term success but also ways of evidencing the early impact of mentoring relationships as they form, capturing the subtle but powerful changes that happen in the first stages of a relationship. By generating clear evidence of early relational impact, this role will make a significant contribution to sustainable growth and learning across MCR Pathways.
