Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience as an Immigration Advisor, ideally with Skilled Worker visas.
• 4+ years’ experience managing teams of advisors, lawyers or paralegals.
• Experience in fast‑paced startup environments.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Immigration team.
• Own casework delivery standards and implement QA processes.
• Manage resources across workstreams and improve workflows.
