Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an ILD Medical Educator to collaborate with NHS stakeholders in delivering high-quality medical education. This role involves assessing educational gaps, creating impactful programs, and managing key relationships to enhance understanding of Interstitial Lung Disease management. The position requires a qualified specialist nurse or UK registered pharmacist with significant NHS experience. This is a 2-year contract based in the UK, emphasizing flexibility for virtual delivery.

Qualifications

  • Significant NHS clinical experience, ideally in Rheumatology or ILD.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical education roles.
  • Ability to map educational needs and adapt content.

Responsibilities

  • Assess educational gaps and tailor content for customer needs.
  • Create impactful educational programs to improve patient care.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop educational initiatives.
  • Evaluate and adapt educational programs based on feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational influencers.
  • Operate within relevant policies and travel as needed.

Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to design and deliver learning interventions
Excellent planning, organization, and time management
IT literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Education
