A community interest company in Glasgow is seeking a Volunteer ICT Tutor to develop and deliver computer and technology courses. This role is vital for helping vulnerable individuals gain essential digital skills. No formal qualifications are needed, but a genuine interest in technology and strong interpersonal skills are required. The position is flexible, with a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week, including team meetings.

We are a community interest company; any profit goes back into the community in the form of free IT classes and socialisation events for elderly and vulnerable adults.
We're looking for volunteers to join our ICT team. In this role, you could help make a real difference in people\'s lives in local communities by helping protect older and disadvantaged people’s devices and data from fraud, abuse and other issues encountered online. The ICT Tutor volunteer will be responsible for developing and delivering computer and technology-related courses to students. The tutor will provide a supportive and challenging learning environment, helping students acquire the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the digital age. You will be working closely with the ICT team leader as well as from your own initiative, contributing in design, development and creation of Won Connect’s programme and plans. Ideally, you\'ll be available to get involved for a minimum of 5 hours a week, with 2.5 hours to be the weekly team meeting.
We’re looking for people with the right level of skills and experience who have some time on their hands to help us over the next few months so that we can ensure that what we present to the world in 2023 is educational, inspiring, fun and exciting.
