Job description

We are looking for a Night Hygiene Operative at our Corsham site. The Operative will play a key role in ensuring that the facility is cleaned to specific criteria and food safety standards.

Key Information

• Competitive Rate of Pay
• Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent
• Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 22:00 pm to 6:00 am

Key Accountabilities

• Cleaning productions areas and equipment, using in-house washdown systems.
• Setting up equipment for morning production.
• Other duties required to ensure food safety.

Skills & Knowledge

• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Previous experience of working in hygiene role preferable but not essential as full training will be given.
• Manual handling skills
• Numeracy and literacy as appropriate for the role

Qualifications

Food Safety Level 1 or 2 is desirable, but not essential.
