Hygiene Location: Sittingbourne

Hours: Monday -Friday 8am -4.30pm we are a 24/7 operation so will need some flexibility.

Pay rate : £35,000 per year

Help create our remarkable food by supplying clean, hygienic and safe equipment to our kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • As a Hygiene Manager you will support, guide and motivate your team, ensuring they have the understanding and capability to do their jobs safely and efficiently.
  • You will lead the way with your focus on kitchen hygiene to support Safety and Food quality, while demonstrating and celebrating the Essential Ingredients that make our kitchens great places to work.
  • You will contribute to shaping and delivering the annual plan for the kitchens as well as meeting weekly and monthly targets.
