Qualifications

• Experience in working with youth groups and understanding their challenges.
• Experience in coordinating training activities.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to district training plans and support training delivery.
• Assist District Teams in need of support for training.
• Work closely with District Officers to develop training instructors.
• Coordinate delivery of approved training packages.
• Monitor performance against targets and ensure equitable access.
