• Significant experience in Technology Risk Management or equivalent technology experience in financial services.
• Experience in informing and educating employees and communicating with senior managers.
• Successful track record as a technology or information security risk manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent risk oversight of the Computershare Corporate Trust Technology Group.
• Review policies and standards, and conduct Risk and Control assessments.
• Challenge the effectiveness of controls and risk treatment plans.
