• Experience in IT support roles, especially application support.
• Background in Agile software development under pressure.
• Knowledge and ideally certification in ITIL v3/v4.

Responsibilities

• Carry out data maintenance activities and data fixes.
• Co-ordinate and deliver large changes and integrations.
• Develop Test Plans for application changes and testing.

Experience of working in an IT Function

Previous experience working within an application support environment

Experience of working in a similar role or environment

Experience working with Agile software development methods
